Beware because Apple signs all files in the application, it maybe that this method of altering/replacing "damaged files" may not work at some point in the future for obvious reasons...

Some people have discovered you can replace a damaged image/changes file in the Squeak.app before you install the application.
To do this replace the iPhone.image iPhone.changes with the official image/changes file. Note this is a iSqueak image/changes or 3.10 or 3.9 image/changes with change sets from
