Some people have discovered you can replace a damaged image/changes file in the Squeak.app before you install the application.
To do this replace the iPhone.image iPhone.changes with the official image/changes file. Note this is a iSqueak image/changes or 3.10 or 3.9 image/changes with the EventSensor change set from http://svn.isqueak.org/vm/SqueakObjCBasedForOSXAndIPhone/SqueakNoOGLIPhone/changeSets/
